Bible – (1 credit per year of attendance at NCA required)

The curriculum in Bible class revolves around the theme “Passion for God, Compassion for People.” Because NCA is a discipleship school, students are expected to know Christ and have a desire to want to know Him better. Emphasis is placed on deepening our passion for God and becoming active in serving others.

The key biblical books undergirding the senior Bible class are Psalms and Matthew. In-class lessons will fall under the following overarching categories:
Old and New Testament Survey (covering select Books of the Bible)
Character Sketches (relating to the assigned Bible reading and class material)
Psalm Principles (covering devotional aspects reflected in this book)
Matthew Principles (covering select portions)
Current Events and Hot Topics / Israel, Culture, etc.

 

Bible Curriculum Breakdown
