Julie Dillow is not a stranger to NCA as she has been working for the school since 2005 and has 3 children attending the school. Certified as a Highly Qualified Educator, she also holds a Special Education certification and is ACSI certified. Using her energy and enthusiasm for education, she hopes to help her students develop a love for learning! During her free time, she loves to read, hike, and cheer for her children at their soccer games.
Jean Eastman is the Principal, K4-Grade 5. She counts herself as an “original”, having been at NCA since it’s inception in 1998. One of her passions is teaching God’s word, which she gets to do at Elementary and Junior High Chapels and in daily Junior High Bible classes. She also directs the Junior High Worship Teams and helps lead singing at her church. Jean is ACSI Certified and enjoys singing with her trio, Dolce. Spending time with her adult son and daughter (an NCA graduate) is one of her greatest blessings.
Physical Education BS Physical Education, University of Vermont
Mrs. Alajajian has been at NCA since it’s beginning in 1998. Coach “A” teaches K-8 Physical Education and Health Education for both Junior High and High School. If you are out on the NCA soccer field in the fall you will see coach A spurring her Junior High Girls onto victory.
Lisa has her BS in Physical Education from the University of Vermont. She was a competitive gymnast who now spends her “free” time reading, skiing with her family and taking classes at the YMCA.
6 – 8 Math, Algebra I, History BS Elementary Education/Concentration in Mathematics, The King’s College
Ms. Dougherty teaches junior high math along with 6th grade history. Although this is her first year at NCA, she taught for 14 years at Calvary Christian School in Derry, and was a Math Coordinator for the Oakland Public School System in Oakland, NJ. She is NH state certified in grades K-8, is NH state Highly Qualified in both Elementary Education and Middle School Mathematics, and is ACSI certified in elementary education. Karen loves math and sees it as a “puzzle” that needs to be solved. She strives to infuse her enthusiasm into her students. In her spare time, Karen enjoys spending time with her family and friends, being involved in her church’s music ministry, and being a sports enthusiast.
Sheri Bulluck received her BA in Art Education at Meredith College in Raleigh, NC and began teaching middle school. Shortly after the birth of her first son, she and her husband relocated to New Hampshire and spent the next few years raising 3 boys. She believes that we are all God’s masterpieces (Ephesians 2:10) and that He has put a spark of creativity in every individual. She loves helping children explore their own abilities in the art room. In her spare time, she sings in the praise band and leads a women’s Bible study at her church. She enjoys the beach (but not the sand) and spending weekends on the lake with her family and her sketchbook.
Mrs. Papia comes to NCA with many years of experience in Christian Schools. Most recently at Salem Christian School, she taught Music for grades K – 8 and fourth grade. She is certified in NH as a Highly Qualified Teacher.
Mrs. Papia loves worshiping the Lord with music. She is a member of the worship team at Centerpoint Church where she was also the choir director for years and now enjoys singing alto. She is an avid Patriots fan and enjoys finding a bargain at yard sales. Her biggest joy comes from her family, especially her 3 grandchildren.
