Admissions Process

Step I: Submit Application Materials

To begin the admissions process, please submit the following to Nashua Christian Academy.

  • A completed International Student Application
  • $200 USD International Student Application Fee
  • Color copy of Passport
  • Pastoral Recommendation Form
  • Written testimony
  • Written essay – A written one to two page essay in English stating why you are choosing a Christian School and why you want to come to the United States
  • Copy of the most recent Report Card with translation into English
  • Copy of the Transcript (for previous year) with translation into English
  • Copy of Standardized Testing (for previous year) – SSAT scores may be required.
  • Immunization Records (Physical Exam will be required upon arrival in the US).
  • Documentation of Medical Insurance valid within the United States (

Step II: Assessment of Academic Proficiency

  • For NCA-ICLI, the student’s school transcript is required along with a written essay of his or her Christian testimony. An interview may be conducted by the appropriate grade level Principal.
  • A letter of recommendation is required from the student’s English instructor or school administrator.
  • SSAT scores maybe required for students applying to grades 9-12.

Step III: Family Interview

For all International Students, a family interview is conducted by the Headmaster and/or Chancellor via Skype.

Tuition & Fees Payments

Tuition and Fees are due in full in US dollars by August 5th.

Students will not be permitted to attend class or enter housing until and unless all financial obligations have been met.

Please Note: Costs do not include personal expenses or spending money. Additional charges may be incurred for time spent in the US beyond the school calendar.
